Welcome to the Ursa Minors
America's finest astronomy outreach organization.
The official outreach division of the Westchester Amateur Astronomers.

About the Ursa Minors
In November 2023, the Westchester Amateur Astronomers created Ursa Minors, the club's youth outreach division. It is a special subdivision of WAA that creates outreach and programming to Westchesterites under 25 years of age. The goal of the Ursa Minors is to bring eyes to eyepieces and ignite people's passions in astronomy.
We have reached hundreds of people throughout Westchester with our noteworthy school and library presentations.
